Our shop is not open to the public - but we are located in Tipton County, Tennessee.
Do you do custom orders?
Yes. Please contact us via our Contact Page to discuss what you have in mind. We will gladly create your custom bronc halters, headstalls, breastcollars, dog collars, and rifle slings.
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?
Depends. We do offer discounts for larger award orders. Contact us to discuss. We will be glad to talk to you.
How long is it going to take for you to make my custom item?
Depends. Now this one doesn't have a standard answer - it really does depend on how many orders we have ahead of yours. As a general rule, expect a custom order to average around 6-8 weeks. During busy times, it could be longer and during less busy times we may be able to complete your order in a couple weeks.
I have a saddle (or tack) made by someone else. Will you repair it?
No, sorry! Most areas have local saddle repair shops that will be happy to help you with this.
Can I make payments on a tack set?
Sorry, we require full payment at the time of purchase and we do not offer a layaway option for purchasing. Also, Paypal offers a credit option which may meet your needs.
What's your policy for custom orders?
After we have communicated and you have decided you'd like to move forward with a custom order, you will be placed on our Order List. We will send an invoice for your item at this time - please review it for accuracy - however you will not be asked to pay until we are ready to begin work on your order. When we are ready, we will notify you and you will need to pay your invoice prior to us beginning any work. We will not "put knife to leather" until your invoice is paid in full. No exceptions.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
Depends. If you are unhappy with your item, please let us know immediately.
